My cat ate fish, now a bone is stuck in her throat and she's vomiting.

His gums don't look tremendously pale, but the lethargy and discomfort you describe is concerning, and yes, I would take him in. It's hard to say whether the bones could have caused a complete GI blockage, but if he's not defecating at all (or urinating???) then that is a potential concern. Ginger should be fine. As long as there weren't a lot of bones ingested he should be fine. Keep an eye out for vomiting and lethargy. If you notice this, please take him to be examined by a veterinarian for further evaluation.
