My cat drinks milk daily and is fine. Is it safe to keep giving it?

Kittens and puppies once weaned from their mother lose the ability to digest the milk sugar lactose. Just like people that are lactose intolerant. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, intestinal cramping can develop. Just provide fresh water always.

Keep in mind though, once dogs are no longer puppies, most of them lose the ability to properly digest/breakdown dairy products so it is not really recommended that you give them milk. Some do handle certain dairy products ok while others develop tummy upset (vomit and diarrhea). If you want to give Bruno dairy products start with small amounts to see how he handles it. If he develops tummy upset he shouldn't be fed dairy. Have a great day!

Feel free to ask as many questions as you want, that's what we are here for :-) This milk is absolutely fine to give to Okoye. It's lactose free, and it's lactose that cats are intolerant to and cannot have due to the GI side effects. It's ok for her to drink this. I hope this helps!
