My cat is in severe pain, vomiting, and can't pee. Is it an emergency?

If she is unable to pass any urine she needs to be seen immediately to prevent bladder rupture and may need a catheter to relieve the pressure and prevent nerve and muscle weakness. This is an emergency and should not be managed at home and causes severe pain and discomfort with potential life threatening complications

Persistent vomiting and anorexia are signs of significant illness in cats, either from fever, infection or inflammation. Urinary obstruction leads to dangerous toxin build up and potential kidney injury and hospital treatment is necessary immediately and may include intravenous fluids and medications. Occasionally kidney damage can be irreversible

This is an emergency. You need to take Tommy to a pet ER right away. He may have seizures and if he cannot pee he may have a urinary blockage. This would be life-threatening. Please take him to a pet ER now.

I am sorry to hear that Talulah is having this issue. Her symptoms are not specific for any one issue or disease process but my top guesses are trauma, heat stress or intestinal pain/obstruction. I am assuming he is trying to urinate often but nothing happens. This is an emergency. Your Hobo likely has a urethral obstruction and is not able to urinate. This is a life threatening condition. This may also be the reason why he is vomiting. Hobo needs to be taken to a PetER right away to have his urethra unblocked. This is very concerning, and Señora Cheeto could have feline idiopathic cystitis or bladder stones. She has to see a vet now for this, that is the only option. Vets will see pets for emergencies during this time, and this counts. Please take her into a vet immediately.

Not going to the bathroom, lack of appetite and laying in one spot can be a sign of a blockage in the urethra or intestines. Without knowing more, I think it's best if you do take her for an evaluation by a vet ASAP, because this could be a serious problem.
