My cat isn't eating, peeing, or moving. Is it a vet emergency?

Your cat may have a blockage, nerve damage, or acute kidney failure. It's not possible to know without being able to evaluate her and running some diagnostics. In either case, this is considered an emergency and I recommend you take your cat to a vet immediately. Without immediate treatment, your cat may have life-threatening complications. It's really difficult to know for sure without being able to examine her. Given that she hasn't eaten for two days and is lethargic and vomiting, I have to recommend that she be seen by a vet as soon as possible. This could indicate a severe disease, or toxin ingestion. In both cases, her condition can diminish rapidly if not treated soon enough. I highly recommend taking Marshmallow to the veterinarian today. It can be very dangerous for cats not to eat and my concern is he has a urinary blockage which need immediate care. If you regular veterinarian isn't open please take him to an emergency veterinarian as soon as possible. A blocked cat that cannot urinate is life-threatening. Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Julie! Blood in the urine can indicate a urinary tract infection, crystals in the urine or bladder stones. She may not be eating because she is uncomfortable or has a fever. I recommend that Julie sees a Veterinarian. They may check her urine for infection or crystals. If she is older they may want to run blood work. They also may want to take an X-ray to check for a bladder stone. If it is a urinary tract infection she needs antibiotics. If it is crystals in the urine then we usually change the diet. If bladder stones, ideally surgery is recommended. I hope this helps and I wish Julie a speedy recovery!

Persistent vomiting and anorexia are signs of significant illness in cats, either from fever, infection or inflammation. Urinary obstruction leads to dangerous toxin build up and potential kidney injury and hospital treatment is necessary immediately and may include intravenous fluids and medications. Occasionally kidney damage can be irreversible

Based on your description, I am quite concerned she may be dehydrated and may have some systemic disease or infection going on. The lethargy you are seeing indicates a problem as well. My advice is to monitor her tonight, and if she is still lethargic in the morning, hasn't peed, and/or still hasn't pooped, take her into a vet first thing. I hope this helps!
