My cat isn't peeing and seems in pain. Is this a medical emergency?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 9 years and 4 months old

My cat stopped peeing,she takes daily utizen(cranberry),but since two days it stopped help,she tries to pee,but feel pain and refuses,I gave her silver water,water from boiled oats and cystocure,one vet once told me to use buscolysin,is it safe to give her buscolysin and how much,one tablet or half?Also I will be very thankful if you have any advice what else can I give her to make her peeing as soon as possible until she receive other vet treatment,thank you

If she is unable to pass any urine she needs to be seen immediately to prevent bladder rupture and may need a catheter to relieve the pressure and prevent nerve and muscle weakness. This is an emergency and should not be managed at home and causes severe pain and discomfort with potential life threatening complications
