Why is my cat acting weird, slow, and in pain when picked up?

Any type of abdominal or muscular pain has to be suspected. Depending on what area of the body is painful, this can give you some clues as to what is causing the pain. If there are no obvious wounds on Izzie's skin then I would suspect an internal injury. It takes a lot for a cat to show pain so the fact that Izzie is this symptomatic should raise concern. I would recommend taking her to your veterinarian asap so they can localize exactly where the pain is coming from and hopefully implement treatment for her. Don't be tempted to give her any human pain medication, because these are toxic in cats. She is best treated at the vet.

Or, she might have landed wrong in a jump, and strained the muscles. Keep an eye on her tonight, and if this is still an issue in the morning, it is probably best that she is checked out by her vet. I’m sorry Midnight isn’t feeling well. There is a long list of problems that could be causing her non-descript signs. Urinary infection , gastritis, pancreatitis, intestinal foreign body, among many other problems are possible. If she is still “off” tomorrow then I would encourage you to have her evaluated by a veterinarian. I would recommend an examination by a veterinarian as soon as possible. They will do an exam and try to localize the pain to a certain area. I am concerned about her abdomen due to her lack of appetite. Things that would concern me in a young adult cat such as Spotty are foreign boys in the intestinal tract (did she eat a toy or a ribbon etc) or possible kidney infections. The vet will most likely want to do some bloodworm and possibly some radiographs (x-rays). If she hasn't been eating or drinking, she might need some supportive care such as IV fluids.
