Why is my rabbit leaving bloody watery substance after giving birth?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Female | unspayed

Hi coconut gave birth to 6 healthy kits (first litter) but before she gave birth she has escaped a couple of times and every time we find a bloody watery like substance. Even now with her kits if she gets out we still find bloody water substance. Please help.

Coconut may have a urinary tract infection. You do not say where you find that substance, whether it is on her body and where on her body, or in her cage or enclosure. This would help in determining what this could be. You may want to take her to a veterinarian for an exam if this occurs again.
