My bunny is tired, peeing accidents, and has a red pee hole. Is it a UTI?

Your rabbit has likely got a case of cystitis which is bladder inflammation. If you go to tge vet they can give you antibiotics and antinflammatories to treat it. If it has been going on a while there is a chance that infection has gone up to the kidneys which is more serious.

Red color could come from the urine but it could also come from the reproductive system. unspayed rabbit can develop uterine cancer and bleeding is not uncommon. you probably need to take her to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked.

However, if you notice she is urinating in unusual spots, or if she is acting off or eating or pooping less, then I would recommend seeking veterinary attention. It may be related to a urinary tract infection, bladder stones or crystals. In the meantime, ensure that Rose drinks plenty of water which will keep her urinating and flushing out any infection or crystals out of her bladder.
