My rabbit has brown discharge or pee. Is this normal? What to do?

That appears to be urine. The feces next to it appears normal. Rabbit urine can be cloudy and may range in color from white to red. If she is behaving normally otherwise, monitor for lethargy or loss of appetite. Since she is "new" to you, consider an exam with your veterinarian to confirm good health or to diagnose and treat any pre-existing conditions.

What a cute bunny! From the photo the area on the skin looks as though it has healed- if there is a defect in the skin itself then an exam by the vet is recommended as he may need antibiotics. Regarding possible mucus from the rectum, often associated with dietary inflammation, so limit vegetables and other treats. However, if you notice she is urinating in unusual spots, or if she is acting off or eating or pooping less, then I would recommend seeking veterinary attention. It may be related to a urinary tract infection, bladder stones or crystals. In the meantime, ensure that Rose drinks plenty of water which will keep her urinating and flushing out any infection or crystals out of her bladder.
