  Oh poor Bella! Blood in the stool could be caused by hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, a foreign body, trauma to the rectum, GI ulcers, or GI tumors. It's quite serious that she is pooping blood, and treatment depends on the cause. I would take her into a vet immediately. The vet can do a physical exam, blood tests, a urinalysis, and possibly x-rays and/or an ultrasound to diagnose what is causing this, and can treat accordingly.

  I am very sorry to hear that Bella is experiencing this issue, I am sure it is unsettling. From what you are describing, a normal bowel movement or diarrhoea which has fresh blood in it, it sounds as though Bella has colitis, or inflammation of the last portion of the large intestines.
  
  There are several causes of colitis in dogs, ranging from bacterial infections, parasite infestations, IBD, or ingestion of contaminated food.
  
  Since you have noticed many episodes and Bella seems in pain I would take her to the veterinarian as soon as you can.
  
  
  In the meantime, Provide a bland diet of boiled boneless chicken breast and white rice and plenty of fresh water.
  
  If the episodes continue, if Bella becomes depressed, passes large amounts of blood, vomits, or seems very uncomfortable take Bellato see his vet immediately.

  That blood is not normal and my be part of why she is pooping where she is not supposed to. Blood in the feces can indicate significant inflammation in the bowel or stool that is too dry or sticky and may be traumatic (and painful) when passing. I recommend to have Diamond examined by the veterinarian. Bring in a fresh sample of stool so the doctor can see the texture and check her for parasites or a bacterial imbalance.   It sounds as Loki t is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
