How to get my unvaccinated dog vaccinated and registered?

They will start them on heart worm and flea and tick medication. Your local township should have forms for licensing. Most people wait until their dogs receive their rabies vaccine and are spayed or neutered. Otherwise I’m not sure what you mean by registered. Good luck!

If you have no proof of a rabies vaccine, you will need to have a vaccination done by a veterinarian. You will need to check with your locality to find out if any other vaccinations are required for licensing. I would recommend calling the office of the city where you live to find out their requirements. You will not be able to register your dog with the AKC if that is what you mean by having "papers" for her, without proof of her parentage and their AKC registration.

Hi there. At 10 weeks old, the pup is overdue for her first set of vaccines, so I would take her to a vet immediately as soon as you get her for a health check and to get her vaccinations started. She may also need to be dewormed, if this hasn't been done recently.

You should start as if she was a puppy, she will need a full vaccination course (2-3 vaccinations 4 weeks apart). you should also get her dewormed and treated for fleas. make an apointment with your local vet in order to start the process ASAP.

Yes, you need to take Dandy to a vet and let them know that you just got him but did not receive any vaccine records. . They will get him started on his vaccines and likely give him a deworming. They will talk to you about what else he may need like heart worm prevention, flea/tick prevention, etc depending on what is prevalent in your area. Core vaccines include distemper/parvo combination and rabies vaccines. She will need 3 combination vaccines spaced 3-4 weeks apart. A rabies vaccine can be given now and repeated next year at this time. She should also be dewormed and tested for heartworm then placed on the appropriate monthly preventatives against fleas, ticks, heartworm and intestinal parasites.
