You should start as if she was a puppy, she will need a full vaccination course (2-3 vaccinations 4 weeks apart). you should also get her dewormed and treated for fleas. make an apointment with your local vet in order to start the process ASAP.

The vaccine at four weeks of age does not count. A four week old puppy is too young to be vaccinated, it will not work. A puppy should not get their first vaccine until six to eight weeks of age. Magnolia Grace should start her vaccine schedule now. You can give her another liquid dewormer now too.

Yes, go ahead and vaccinate her. She will need another booster in 3-4 weeks, then one yearly. She will need a rabies vaccination at 4 months also and that will need to be given by a veterinarian. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Linda.

If Stela is fully vaccinated then she should be protecting her
Puppies with the antibodies in her milk until they start weaning, in which case they should start vaccinations at 8 weeks of age. If she is not vaccinated then yes, I would start the vaccination series soon. I would also encourage you to reach out to your local veterinarian for the current recommendations on other types of vaccinations besides parvovirus that should be given in your area. Vaccine recommendations to partially depend upon his lifestyle and where you live. Also, that second vaccine should have been given in a 2 to 4 week window from the initial vaccine. If it was given later than four weeks after the first vaccine, he will need booster vaccines within a 2 to 4 week window. Assuming he was given the vaccines at the appropriate time, Kai should get another DHLPP and a rabies vaccine. If he gets groomed, goes to the park or has contact with other dogs in general, you may consider getting a kennel cough vaccine. Other vaccines are for Lyme disease and Influenza (dog flu). Your local veterinarian can discuss if these diseases are present in your area and what potential risk factors exist. You may be able to find lower cost vaccinations at a low-cost vaccine clinic or a vaccine clinic in general. You can generally find information online. At that age your puppy would have had only one course of vaccinations. As they did not give you paper work I would assume that your puppy was not vaccinated and start with the first course again. You should take Koko to your vet for a wellness exam, worming and vaccinations. She will need three courses of vaccinations to be protected.

Primo will need to go to a veterinary clinic. There, a veterinarian can perform a complete physical exam to confirm good health before vaccination. Core vaccines include distemper/parvo combination and rabies vaccines. She will need 3 combination vaccines spaced 3-4 weeks apart. A rabies vaccine can be given now and repeated next year at this time. She should also be dewormed and tested for heartworm then placed on the appropriate monthly preventatives against fleas, ticks, heartworm and intestinal parasites.

My 2-year-old dog is unvaccinated. What vaccines does he need?

It is not too late for vaccines. Schedule an appointment with your veterinarian. Discuss your dog's lifestyle. Together, you can determine which vaccine protocol is best for your dog. At the very least your dog should get a rabies vaccine and a distemper/parvovirus combo vaccine. He may require boosters 4 weeks after the initial vaccines. Consider a heartworm test and fecal as well. Monthly preventatives are also strongly recommended.
