Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 13 years and 5 months old | 25 lbs
13 yr old frenchie has swollen and firm scrotum and it is warm to the touch.....he has not been fixed.....could it be cancer?

This could be a hernia or a tumor (benign or malignant) or an infection or sprain. Since your dog appears to be very painful he should be seen by a veterinarian today. He will need pain medicine and treatment according to the diagnosis which needs a hands-on exam.

Yes these signs must be immediately checked by your veterinarian as they could be compatible with a post-surgery complication (infection or possibly hemorrhage).
A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed.
