Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 9 years and 9 months old | 180 lbs
My Staffordshire bull terriers has got both his testes but one has been swollen for the last four days there’s been no trauma so what can it be? What can I do to help him?

If he has a swollen testicle, have him examined by your veterinarian. A fever is usuallly caused by infection, so that should be addressed during the visit. After an exam, pain medication can be dispensed if necessary. If Jeter is not a show dog or won't be used as a stud, he should be neutered.
