She likely is having some urinary incontinence. I would try to collect some of the fluid and taking it to your vet for analysis to be certain. You have to collect a good amount of it however, so get a syringe from your vet if needed and try to collect at least 1-2 mls of fluid. If she is having some incontinence then you can discuss with your vet about getting her on medication to help her retain her urine and keep it in her bladder. Poor Shiloh! This urine leaking can be a sign of a UTI or bladder stones, so I would have her seen by a vet for it. Stress shouldn't be a cause of these symptoms. Have her seen by a vet tomorrow, and the vet can perform a physical exam, blood test, and urinalysis on her. Should she have a UTI or bladder stones, the vet can discuss treatment options with you. This could be due to a severe urinary tract infection. She may have bladder stones. She may be beginning a uterine infection since she is not spayed. It is very hard to say without having some urine testing done. I suggest you get her to your vet for an exam and some testing. This is not likely to be something you can treat at home.

Any continued abnormal symptoms (longer than 24 hours) warrants a vet exam. I cannot tell you what is wrong with her just by your description. The most likely fluid in a spayed female dog would be urine. When a dog dribbles urine or leaves spots of urine on the bedding I often think about urinary tract infections. Older dogs can also develop urinary sphyncter incompetence (or a weak sphyncter), making it difficult for them to hold their bladder overnight. There are also less common causes, for instance bladder stones or endocrine diseases. Your veterinarian will likely offer to run a urinalysis, a urine culture, and maybe some bloodwork on Sassy to determine what might be causing the urine leaking. There are antibiotics we use for urinary tract infections and if it appears to be loss of bladder control there are medications to help with that as well.
