Hi, out 1 year old female Rottweiler started dripping a clear liquid yesterday then today when she got up from her nap her whole leg was wet. Its a clear liquid with no blood or odor. Does this require an emergency trip to the vet? Thank yuo,

The fluid could either be urine or discharge from her uterus. I would recommend keeping a close eye on Willow and monitor for any other changes, like decreased appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, or lethargy, and have her checked out when your vet is next available. Possible causes of the fluid include urinary tract infection, uterine infection, start of her heat cycle, among a few other things.
