My 7-year-old female Labrador is peeing strangely. Is it a UTI?

Poor Shiloh! This urine leaking can be a sign of a UTI or bladder stones, so I would have her seen by a vet for it. Stress shouldn't be a cause of these symptoms. Increased urinaiton is a sign of a urinary tract infection. Have him seen by your vet soon to have his urine tested and then he can get on medication to help resolve this. He is an older dog as well so that vet will ensure there aren't any other complications here as well such as urinary stones. I hope that Domino's urinary issues resolve soon! Normally of dogs refuse to urinate in certain situations they won’t posture or even try to go. If Lexie is posturing to urinate but nothing is coming out that sounds more to me like cystitis, or a urinary tract infection. Unfortunately the concerns is that there may be a urinary tract infection which needs to be treated with antibiotics. I recommend to get her into see the veterinarian and have her urine checked for infection or crystals as these can commonly show up like this. Sometimes very concentrated urine can smell stronger and in that instance, you want to increase the drinking. This can be achieved by adding water to the food but it sounds like she is already drinking a lot. Play it safe and have her urine checked to be sure. If her current issue is frequent urination and accidents in the house, she may have developed a urinary tract infection, which is unlikely to be related to the vomiting (if the vomiting has since resolved).
