Is it safe to give my dog antibiotics when he has a nosebleed?

I think you need to get a second opinion from another vet, preferably one who has a rhinoscope and can actually look into your dog's upper respiratory passages. By examining the nasal passages with a rhinoscope one will be able to see whether there is a tumor present or more plant debris or foreign material that may need to be removed and so stop the constant infections and bleeding. Your vet may be able to refer you to a relevant clinic.

Yes, I agree the next step is to have the interior of his nose examined to see if he has a fungal infection, foreign body, or tumor causing this constant blocked nose. He can be well sedated so they can look up his nose, and I would recommend doing it. You have tried antibiotics without success and further testing is needed.

Yes, that is basically all you can do now other than only leash walking so she does not get too excited and gets her blood pressure up and gets another nose bleed. While it looks like a lot of blood is lost, there is not and your dog will be fine. Just make sure she takes her doxycycline (or other medication prescribed) for the prescribed period and she should be fine.

This is very important as I am afraid this could either be a nasal cancer or possibly a severe nasal fungal infection. A CT scan helps to distinguish these conditions and a biopsy will help confirm it. Rhinoscopy is needed in some cases to better visualize the nasal cavity after the CT scan is done. A bloody nasal discharge may just be a part of Yoshi's infection, but I would contact the veterinarian who placed him on the antibiotics to especially apprise him if this is a new symptom. It is possible that Yoshi's infection was actually in his sinuses, not in his throat & he may need a change of antibiotics, or the addition of another medication to make him comfortable.
