My puppy throw up Monday and mow this morning. Should I be concerned? The throw up was only his food and they looked like full pieces still (not sure if that matters)

If he's not vomiting anymore and is otherwise acting normal, then I would not be worried. Make sure to only feed a little food (1/2 cup) at a time, because a big meal could make him feel like vomiting again.
It's not uncommon for dog to just get an upset stomach and feel better later, so hopefully this is the case for Norman. If he continues to vomit, or has diarrhea later on, then it may be worth checking in with the vet again.
For more information, I recommend reading the short article at the link below.

I hope that helps and all is well with Norman.

He might have eaten something spoiled that is causing this. withhold food for 6 hours then offer him boiled boneless chicken and rice every 4-6 hours in small portions. if he is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days.
After 2 days, you can put him back gradually on his normal food.
If he continues vomiting or is not eating, take him to the vet to get treatment.
