New puppy vomiting, coughing, snot after flying. Is he okay?

Charlie sounds sick. He could have a respiratory infection or kennel cough. I'd take him into the vet today for an exam. The vet can diagnose what is causing his symptoms, and can prescribe treatment for him. Best of luck.

This could be from parvovirus or intestinal parasites. Since he’s so small and young I recommend a veterinary exam and treatment. He could get dehydrated quickly and that can become life threatening. They will test him for parvovirus and check for intestinal parasite. They will probably give him fluids to prevent dehydration and medication to control the diarrhea. Charlie is adorable! Thank you for posting pictures! I'm so sorry that Charlie is not feeling well after his vaccination. Vomiting after a vaccination is not considered normal, so I would not wait to have him treated. I would recommend contacting your veterinarian and have Charlie examined and treated to stop the vomiting with anti-nausea medication. Good luck! Poor Charlie! You did the right thing by taking him into the vet. It is likely that he had a cut from hitting himself, and that would cause the bright red blood in the vomit. The black color of his feces indicates digested blood, so if he had blood in his stomach from the injury, it passed through his GI tract leading to the black color of his feces. He may be painful as well from hitting his mouth, causing him to be more lethargic than usual. Now it is concerning he is breathing funny, but that can also be pain related. Keep an eye on him tonight, and if he's still showing these same symptoms in the morning, take him back into the vet. Do not give him any human pain medications, as many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. Best of luck, I hope this helps!

Poor pup! Car rides can make puppies pretty carsick, however if she is still sounding congested and is also continuing to have symptoms of illness such as more vomiting or inability to vomit or defecate, I would bring her to a vet ASAP. They can rule out any issues such as aspiration from the vomiting, GI problems, illnesses, etc and get started on helping Lila feel better.

Oh no, poor Ice! I'm sorry he's sick. This vomiting could be due to his respiratory infection if he's coughing a lot. I would have him seen by a vet for his symptoms. He may benefit from medications from the vet for his symptoms. If he's congested, you can put him in a room with a humidifier or take him into the bathroom with you when you take a shower. The steam from either may help temporarily with his congestion.

Poor Ron! The congestion and the vomiting could be related or it could be two separate problems. It sounds like he likely has a respiratory infection. I would see your vet for an exam and possible antibiotics. Your vet will be able to do X-rays if needed to ensure he hasn't developed pneumonia as well. The vomiting could be from swallowing a lot of mucus or it could be something's separate like a bscterial infection, viral infection, eating something he shouldn't, etc. Your vet will be able to help determine this as well eith the exam.
