My new puppy is sick, vomiting, and coughing. What should I do?

Poor Ron! The congestion and the vomiting could be related or it could be two separate problems. It sounds like he likely has a respiratory infection. I would see your vet for an exam and possible antibiotics. Your vet will be able to do X-rays if needed to ensure he hasn't developed pneumonia as well. The vomiting could be from swallowing a lot of mucus or it could be something's separate like a bscterial infection, viral infection, eating something he shouldn't, etc. Your vet will be able to help determine this as well eith the exam. Citirizine is an antihistamine that can be helpful if a dog has some allergies or even mild airway irritation. If Shero is coughing so much that he is bringing up phlegm and mucus I would start to worry about a respiratory infection that may need treatment with antibiotics. In these little tiny puppies I tend to treat more aggressively since their immune systems are not fully mature and they can't always fight off infections or other illnesses. I also worry that little sick dogs and cats can become hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) if they are not able to keep down their food. This can happen if a puppy is coughing and regurgitates his stomach contents a few too many times. I would get Shero back to a veterinarian since his signs are worsening. They may recommend bloodwork and possibly chest radiographs. I hope this helps!

I would have Hendrixx seen by a vet for his symptoms. You are correct that he could have respiratory infection, and he may benefit from medications from the vet to help him with his illness. You can also try putting him in a room with a humidifier or bringing him into the bathroom when you take a shower. The steam from either may temporarily help him with his congestion.
