Puppy threw up twice but seems fine. Should I worry or call vet?

This is not necessarily normal, but is quite common. This is not specific to any disease, but indicates that something is either directly upsetting his stomach, or generally making him feel nauseous. It's best to just give his stomach a rest for now and it's not necessary to give him anything at this time. I reccomend not letting him eat for the next six hours, but provide plenty of fresh, clean water. Feed just a small portion at his next meal and wait two hours to see if he keeps it down. If he does, then you can feed a little more and then as normal at the next meal. However, in puppies, vomiting can be caused by parasites and dangerous viral infections. I recommend keeping an eye on Ciroc for continued vomiting, loss of energy/appetite, and diarrhea. Poor Benji! If he's only vomited once or twice, it is best to keep an eye on him. You can also offer a bland meal of boiled rice and chicken to help settle any minor GI upset. Small breeds are more prone to issues such as hypoglycemia, so making sure Benji is fed several smaller meals throughout the day instead of larger ones may help, and may also decrease vomiting so he isn't eating too much all in one meal. If he continues to vomit, or shows other signs of illness in addition to it, a vet visit is best to rule out other issues such as illnesses, parasites, foreign body ingestion, etc that can also cause vomiting.

However, infectious causes are common in puppies. It is easy for a small puppy to become dehydrated. He will need to see as veterinarian if the vomiting continues. Vomiting and inappetence can occur from many conditions such as foreign body ingestion and obstruction, pancreatitis, gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, among other possibilities. I am concerned that he could be showing signs of an obstruction which is something that requires therapy which sometimes includes surgery. I recommend that you have Jager evaluated by a veterinarian at this point for further assessment and treatment. This will likely require bloodwork and abdominal imaging in terms of diagnostics. Treatment would be based on findings. At the very least your veterinarian could start him on medications to make him feel better. If Toby has only thrown up 1 maybe 2 times but is still eating,drinking and playing normally I would continue to monitor his behavior . If at anytime he starts vomiting more, acting lethargic, having diarrhea or not eating I would recommend taking him to a vet as soon as possible. It is possible that Toby ate something he should not or even had a mild upset stomach that caused him to get sick. IF he is acting normally but continues to occasionally vomit I would recommend switching his dog food because sometimes vomiting can be secondary to a food allergy. I hope that helps

Jordy is very handsome! Because turkey is high in fat (especially if fed when cooked with the skin on) I'd be concerned that Jordy has a degree of gastroenteritis (stomach and intestinal inflammation) secondary to eating turkey. He could also have a more severe issue like pancreatitis or bacterial overgrowth. If Jordy is otherwise acting normally, I'd recommend a small bland meal of boiled chicken and sweet potato or rice in a few hours. However, if he continues to vomit or have diarrhea, acts lethargic, stops eating or drinking then he should be examined by a veterinarian. Because his digestive issues have been going on for a few days it's likely he will need prescription medications like Flagyl or Cerenia to help treat. The longer the diarrhea and vomiting continues the more I would become concerned that Jordy may become dehydrated, so it's always best to err on the side of caution and see a veterinarian sooner rather than later.
