My teething puppy is vomiting, drooling, and has diarrhea. What to do?

Baily is so cute! I am concerned though that he is not eating and having such intestinal upset. I would recommend you take Baily in for an exam with your vet as soon as possible. Puppies this young can get dehydrated very quickly and become quite ill. I am worried about the possibility of intestinal parasites, eating something he shouldn't have (dietary indiscretion), or even a bacterial or viral infection (like parvovirus). Baily may need some tests to see what the underlying cause is, such as a parvo test and fecal test. He also may need some anti-nausea medication, antibiotics, or even fluid therapy if he is dehydrated. I hope he gets back on track quickly!

If possible, please take Bailey to your local emergency service for an appointment tonight. He is in desperate need of some antibiotics and probiotics prescribed by your vet. You can give him 1-2 tsp of canned pumpkin tonight and start some over the counter Culturelle probiotics from your local pharmacy, as well as a bland diet of boiled plain chicken and rice or lean ground turkey and rice; however, it is best to take him in to your vet for antibiotics as well to complete his treatment. Yes, definitely take her into the vet now. Bailey is a young puppy, and while she may have swallowed some tissues, I'd also be concerned she could have parvovirus as she won't be fully vaccinated.
