My puppy has stomach spots and a watery, gunky eye. Should I worry?

I get concerned with things a lot sooner with such a young puppy. The watery blood would make me recommend an exam by itself. I would want a urine sample to see if there is blood in the urine. The pustules have me concerned about a bacterial infection. I would recommend taking him in for an evaluation by a veterinarian. He might need to be on antibiotics or at least a topical medication. It looks like you've done a lot to help this little guy. I'm sure the vet would have told you this, but make sure you are stimulating him to poop after each feeding by wiping his bum with a warm, moist, tissue or soft cloth. Puppies commonly get this on their bellies and they usually go away with good cleaning. I recommend cleaning the belly with a medicated wipe or shampoo (can get this at the pet store) once a day until the bump(s) are gone. If it seems to get worse, then you'll want to take him into the vet for an exam. A little bit of blood in the stool is probably an indication of intestinal parasites, something very commonly seen in puppies. The pustules are probably just a bit of a staph infection. I would definitely take Maci to see her veterinarian to examine the stool for parasites. At that time, she may be placed on an antibiotic or a medicated shampoo for the pustules. But I would not worry too much, just have Maci examined at your earliest convenience. Take care.

It looks like she may have puppy pyoderma, which is a skin infection. The skin of the puppy is quite sensitive, and it can be common for them to get this skin infection around the genital area and stomach. This does need to be treated by a vet, she needs antibiotics, so I recommend you make an appointment for her to see her vet this week to get it treated. I hope this helps!

From the photo, that looks to me more like a pustule (focal little infection) than a congenital defect (something he was born with). I wonder if he may have gotten a mild injury from playing with the other pups. If it hasn't gone away by the time the pup is ready to go home with you, I would make sure the breeder has the pup evaluated by their vet prior to you picking it up, or make sure the contract includes a clause that the breeder is responsible for having the bump evaluated and addressed.

Poor Willow! This white pus in his eyes are a sign of an eye infection, and he has to see a vet immediately for it. The eye is such an important and delicate structure that any problem with them should be considered an emergency. Leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I would take Willow into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see him now. While there, the vet can investigate the cause of his vomiting, which can certainly be caused by eating something he shouldn't, as well as parvovirus, GI illness, or a foreign body.
