Is it okay for my puppy to feel sleepy and be inactive after IV drip?

If Dora was in the hospital recently, she liekyl didn't sleep well. Also, the stress of receive an IV drip could have made her sleepy as well. if she recevied any antibiotics or medicines through the drip and not just fluids, then yes, these meds could also be making her sleepy. Make sure she is eating several small meals throughout the day to ensure her blood sugar is staying up. If she isn't eating, I would give her some nutrical (a high calorie vitamin supplement), karo syrup or something equivalent on her gums to help keep her blood sugar up. If she isn't improving or not eating, I would have your vet take another look at her. I hope this helps!
