Is my puppy's sleepiness normal after vaccinations, or should I worry?

  It is quite normal for a dog to feel tired and even have a bit of a fever after vaccinations, This is actually a sign that the immune system of the body kicked in and is reacting properly. However sometimes dogs can have an adverse reaction which would usually show by vomiting, shaking, severe lethargy, sometimes breathing problems, If these signs appear you need to take Gordo to a vet right away for an exam and antihistamine and/or steroid injection.

  You are a completely normal, wonderful owner! If she is still eating, drinking, peeing, and pooping - I am good with this. Just like in people, it is common to feel sore, tired, and even a little feverish after vaccines. This almost always goes away within 24 hours. If she seems particularly sore or painful, call your vet first thing in the morning to ask if a single dose of anti-inflammatory pain medication might be appropriate.
  
  If at any time you see vomiting, diarrhea, collapse, hives, or facial swelling, head to the nearest emergency clinic immediately - these are signs of more severe allergic-type reactions (which are reported in <1% of patients by the way).

  Yes, this can be normal, especially for puppies. She should be back to normal in a day or so. If she is still lethargic after that time or not eating or drinking then I’d take her in for an exam.   That could be completely normal especially after vaccination. I would recommend to ask your vet not to give worming tablet and vaccine at the same time and or change vaccination brand (same kind of vaccine, just different company). if the signs are transient and last less than 24 hours, I would not be worried about it at all.
