My puppy seems sick. What could be wrong and when should I see a vet?

Poor Bell! The weakness is very concerning that she is very sick. Infected wound can progress to blood poisoning or septicemia (which can be fatal if. It treated). I recommend to have Bella seen asap by her veterinarian. Hopefully it’s not that serious (skin infection and soreness could also make her tired) but she will likely get antibiotics. It looks like Stella either has a significant infection or she is having a significant allergic reaction. Especially if it's an allergic reaction, this can progress quickly and become serious. Play it safe and have her examined right away. I hope she gets this figured out quickly and on the mend.

It looks like your dog has a skin infection, most likely caused by allergies or fleas. The allergies can be from something in her food or to something in the environment, like grasses, pollens, etc. I would recommend taking Pippa in to see the vet so she can be started on some antibiotics to help clear up her skin. I would also recommend discussing with your vet some options for medication to help control her allergies like Atopica, Apoquel, or Cytopoint.

Oh dear, poor Tickles! My first concern in a young puppy with blister-like lesions and a swelling in the neck (which I assume is a lymph node) is puppy strangles. If there is no lymph node enlargement, other issues such as a skin infection, mange or ringworm would be more suspicious. Unfortunately, there isn't anything that you can do at home for any of these conditions aside from assuring that Tickles continues to eat and drink normally. Take him to the vet as soon as you are safely able to do so. I hope that he feels better soon and that you stay safe!

I am sorry to hear about your puppy! These look like they could be pustules, or little pockets of infection. We can also occasionally see things like ringworm (a fungus) cause raised lesions, or foreign bodies like grass awns that migrate into the skin and cause swelling and infection. It is definitely odd! I would recommend bringing her to a veterinarian for an exam, as she may need to have the areas drained/tested and may need antibiotics to treat this.

I would recommend bringing Pippa to a veterinarian especially if she is coughing and breathing hard. She may have an upper respiratory infection but could also be something more. Your veterinarian can listen to her to make sure her lungs are clear and if not can perform x-rays to make sure she doesn't have pneumonia or bronchitis. Congrats on your new puppy, but I'm sorry Birdie has a rash. It could be puppy pyoderma based on the appearance of her skin in the pictures and the location of the rash. A puppy's skin is very sensitive, and this is especially true in areas where there is lack of protective covering of hair. Puppy pyoderma is a bacterial skin infection. Treating it requires a course of antibiotics which you do need to see the vet for to get a prescription. I would recommend having her seen by the vet sooner than May 1st for this problem, and I would call the vet in the morning to see if you can get her in sometime this week.
