Oh no. Poor Brandy. She likely has a bleeding disorder or some kind of trauma to her nose. You should definitely take her in to your vet to have her blood tested for a coagulation disorder. She may need special medicaiton to allow her blood to clot properly. At the very least the vet can replenish her fluid loss and get her on Vitamin K to promote coagulation and help stop her bleeding. Nose bleeds that are persistent in an older dog are highly suspicious of cancer or a fungal infection. Trauma to the nose is also possible, but unlikely to result in chronic bleeding episodes. I am so sorry but Bubbalina needs to be seen by your vet right away for testing (Bloodwork +.- radiographs). If cancer is present, then steroids may be recommended to try and slow down the progression and also supportive care can be provided to Bubbalina to hopefully make her more comfortable. I would be concerned about possible damage to the sinus tissue, a platelet disorder leading to her bleeding easier or even something like a bacterial infection causing a vasculitis which is when the blood vessels get leaky. I would recommend Lucy get checked out by her veterinarian so they can make sure she doesn't have any sort of bleeding issue or infection as if either those are present this could get worse.

I think you need to get a second opinion from another vet, preferably one who has a rhinoscope and can actually look into your dog's upper respiratory passages. By examining the nasal passages with a rhinoscope one will be able to see whether there is a tumor present or more plant debris or foreign material that may need to be removed and so stop the constant infections and bleeding. Your vet may be able to refer you to a relevant clinic.

Oh my! Poor baby. I had another case similar to this and I took a piece of the tissue and sent it in for biopsy and also a bacterial and fungal culture. I would talk to your vet about doing this. I think this is the first step. You can also look up the herb yunnan bai Yao and talk to your vet about this to help control the bleeding. If it is a tumor, there isn’t much you can do about it unless you want to go see a specialist. A specialist could potentially remove it to help him feel better. This is very concerning, and Luna could have injured her nose, may have a foreign body in there, a severe upper respiratory infection, a fungal infection, or a growth causing this bleeding. You need to take her into a vet now to have this diagnosed and treated.

It's true that fungal infections can be a cause of nosebleeds in dogs, but they can also be caused by nasal tumors or even a foreign body such as a blade of grass or other plant material. Since there has been no improvement in four months with antifungals, I would be concerned that something else may be causing the bleeding. I would suggest having a rhinoscopy done to visualize the inside of the nasal cavity and take biopsies and culture samples of the tissue there to determine if the bleeding is really caused by a fungal infection or some other problem.
