I have a puppy that recently tested positive for parvo. I treated her at home and she is now eating and drinking on her own and she is very playful. I also have another puppy who is around 5-6 months old and she has had her first and second round of shots. When will it be okay for the two puppies to interact again since they live in the same house ?

Infected dogs shed for at least two weeks after exposure. If your other dog only had their second shot, the dog is still not protected. If the puppy is over parvo, showing no other signs, and the entire home has been disinfected, it should be fine to bring them together.
