I wouldn't keep applying aloe vera to this bump on Vixi's ear, it won't make it any better. If it is a cyst, it will need to be drained sterilely, and it may need to be removed surgically to keep it from recurring.

Those spots on Pepper's ears could be due to superficial bacterial infections, superficial irritation or mites. Make sure Pepper does not scratch at them as this could cause them to worsen. Sometimes these little spots will clear on their own. I recommend to point them out to his vet when he is in for his next vaccine visit. It may be a benign growth (sebaceous adenoma) or not. You can monitor it for rapid change or growth and then have Pumpkin seen by your veterinarian or you can schedule an exam sooner. Whichever choice you make, your veterinarian may aspirate the mass to collect samples for pathology and identification. He or she may also surgically remove it and submit it for pathology. If the bump starts to bother pumpkin, place an e-collar (cone) on him to prevent scratching and schedule an exam.
