At his age, Sombra should be able to hold the urine 6 hours. However, needing to pee as soon as he wakes up is normal regardless of how long he slept. Most pets will gradually be able to hold the urine and sleep longer as they mature. It's worthwhile to have Sombra examined by the veterinarian to check for a urinary tract infection as this can cause sudden urination as well. 3 months is still EXTREMELY young, and I would not consider a 3 month old puppy to be fully house-trained. Any new situation can always cause a regression in training until worked on, and some dogs may have accidents on occasion until they are old enough and their bladder is fully developed. I would give her a few minutes in between going outside, and letting her on the bed at night, to give her a chance to settle down and relax. It's very possible that the fun of being on the bed is just too exciting (or scary) and is causing her to have an accident as many puppies may experience excitement or submission urination, even if they've already gone potty outside. Once she is calm, you can put her on the bed, but try not to make a big deal out of it, to see if keeping her relaxed helps. If she does immediately pee, she may just need to stay off the bed for a while longer until she is a bit older. An enzymatic cleaner can also be used with any bedding when it is washed to help break down any urine particles that may be attracting her.

Many dogs need to be crated at night to prevent accidents until they are 1-2 years old, so this is not unexpected - I would simply go ahead and crate her at night for now :) Once she's a bit older, you can gradually try giving her more freedom in the house at night. Excited peeing is usually something that puppies grow out of once they're older. In the meantime, you can help by ignoring her for a few minutes when you first get home and asking your visitors to do the same. Once she calms down a bit, you can gently pet her and say hello. Leaning over dogs to greet them also tends to make this problem worse, so crouching down to say hi may also be helpful. You can also take her outside to potty just before visitors come over to help decrease the chances of an accident. It's also very important not to punish her for this behavior, as she can't help it - corrections will only make her more anxious, and often makes the urination worse.

Hi, puppies can get urinary tract infections. I would watch her for urinating more frequently and in small amounts. At 7 months, she should be mostly house trained so this is not likely a behavior issue but it is still possible. I would take her to the vet for an exam if it happens a third time. If he has a crate, place him in there on the very first night. You can add a bed or toys to comfort him. He may need you to comfort him several times throughout the night, but should adjust to his new surroundings. As far as potty training, puppies do not have full control over their bladder and bowel until at least 4 months of age. Prior to this age, you are trying to be consistent so he understands what he is to do when he is old enough. Take him to the same place outside every time. Give him a command such as "go potty" and give him a treat afterwards. Do not punish him for accidents. Just clean up the mess and move on. If you catch him going, tell him "no" and rush him outside. If she is sleeping in her own urine while crated then it is possible her crate is too large (so she can potty in it still) or you are not taking her out often enough leading to accidents.
