  Poor Hazel! I'm sorry to hear that she isn't feeling well. It sounds like she may have a few different problems going on, based on your description.
  
  I'm not sure how old Hazel is or how often she is peeing, so it's hard to say if this is normal or not without more information. It is normal for young puppies to urinate as often as every 15-20 minutes when they are awake and active. If the urination is more frequent than this, or if she is straining or acting painful when she urinates, then she may have a medical problem such as a UTI causing this problem.
  
  Diarrhea in puppies can be caused by intestinal parasites, eating something rotten or spoiled, a sudden change in diet, or a serious illness such as parvo.
  
  A runny nose and a cough are usually signs of an upper respiratory infection, which is common in puppies and may need to be treated with antibiotics depending on severity.
  
  I would recommend taking Hazel to the vet for an exam, since it sounds like she has a few different issues that need to be checked out. Your vet can do a urinalysis to check for a UTI or other problems, as well as a fecal exam to try and determine the cause of the diarrhea, and will prescribe appropriate medication to treat any problems that are found.
