Why is my 1-month-old puppy not walking and her back legs splayed?

Pet's info: Dog | Lhasa Apso | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 5 days old

My Lhasa Apso puppy is a month old and is not walking at all, she makes walking attempts only with her front legs while her back legs are spread ajar on the floor, please what is wrong with her?

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Zo. I recommend that she sees a veterinarian. Some puppies will struggle on slick surfaces though. Try placing towels down for traction or keep her on carpet. This can help the puppy to control her limbs better in the meantime. Good luck!
