I got a 10month old yorkie yesterday and he's not eating or being very active...is that normal?

I am a bit concerned that he is not eating and that his abdomen makes funny noises. He likely has worms (all puppies do), and shivering, hiccuping and lethargy are signs that he is not ok. If he does not improve by tomorrow morning he needs to be seen by your vet right away. Part of this may be due to the change in venue and being taken away from his mommy, new smells etc. Offer him the same food that he received at the place where you got him from. He needs to have either canned or dry complete puppy food for medium breeds. If he deteriorates tonight, you need to take him to a PetER tonight.

She's lovely! I wouldn't get too concerned that she hasn't eaten or defecated yet. Coming to a new home is a massively stressful and strange event for a puppy. Try and give her plenty of space and let her slowly adjust to her new surroundings. If you give her a nice quiet safe area with her familiar food she should start to eat. If this persists or you are worried she seems sick I would head to the vet.
