Vomiting after an head trauma might be concerning. I recommend to bring her to the vet for a physical and neurological examinations to exclude brain damages (i.e. concussion). Please post again on the forum if you would like to discuss it further. I hope my answer was helpful.

This definitely sounds like there is damage to the brain. It is really best if you can take Carbon in to see the vet. Head trauma can cause severe damage to the brain and cause it to swell. This swelling can quickly become life-threatening as the brain swells beyond the capacity of the cranium. The veterinarian will be able to check for signs of serious brain damage and can give medication to decrease swelling.
