My Boxer hit her head. Why is she wobbly, vomiting, and not eating?

I am not too worried from this single episode of vomiting. There is no way to evaluate an animal for concussion, so we just watch their behaviors and appearance. As long as Wrigley is walking normal, has a normal activity level, eyes appear normal and they are identical to each other, and he continues to have a good appetite, I don't think he needs to see a vet. Boxers have a very high instince of cancer. I would be very worried that at 8 years old that may be what is going on with her; a tumor in the brain. I suggest you take her back to the vet for a follow-up. You may need to make a decision about her quality of life. I'm very sorry that she is so distressed.

This dog is in serious need of a vet exam. Really, she looks awful. Poor thing. Please get her to a vet for an exam. The vet can tell you what steps to take to get her back to health after the exam has been done. I am very concerned about the vomiting and her weight.
