Puppy has a dark green bump near vulva. Is it a skin infection?

Most likely this is a mild skin infection (bacterial) and the green bump could be a small pustule. Puppies commonly get little skin infections on the belly area. You can try cleansing it with a mild soap (i.e. Dove) and warm water, letting it dry, and applying Neosporin to it twice a day. Sometimes the pets immune system and conservative treatment like this is enough to get it to resolve. However if it starts to get worse or starts to spread then it is best to get puppy seen by your vet for further investigation of the area and perhaps oral antibiotics or stronger topical antibiotic sprays to use on the area to get it heal.

I looks like Bailey could have a cyst or skin infection on her vulva. I would recommend having your vet examine her, especially if she has been licking her vulva. This could be a sign of allergies or even a urinary tract infection, or it may be something you can treat topically and monitor.

It looks like your puppy could have a pyoderma skin infection or possibly parasites causing the bumps around her vulva, ears and paw. I would guess that the discharge from your vulva that you are seeing is from vaginitis, but a urinary tract infection would also be possible. The loss of balance is concerning and could be due to an inner ear issue or a neurologic problem, although puppies this age are normally not very coordinated so it may also be normal for her. I would definitely recommend seeing your veterinarian for these issues - after a physical exam they may or may not recommend checking a urinalysis. They can prescribe medications for the skin issues if necessary.

You can try to use chlorhexidine containing pads (such as the Douxo chlorhexidine 3% PS pads) to clean the are twice daily for 7 days. You may find these online or at your local pet store. If there is no improvement or in the meantime this appears to be getting worse, have her evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. If the green substance after urinating continues to be present, she should also be evaluated by a veterinarian as that may be a sign of an infection. Good luck and have a good night!

It looks like a possible pustule. If there are several of these then he should be seen. However, if it is just one then I would watch it for a few days. It looks like she may have puppy pyoderma, which is a skin infection. The skin of the puppy is quite sensitive, and it can be common for them to get this skin infection around the genital area and stomach. This does need to be treated by a vet, she needs antibiotics, so I recommend you make an appointment for her to see her vet this week to get it treated. I hope this helps!
