I recommend making an appointment to have Odin seen by your veterinarian. This could be a growth/mass or an infection/ abscess, and it important to have it checked and treated so that it doesn't start to spread or cause discomfort.

As this can be caused by a number of things (trauma, minor infections, irritation of the skin, etc), it's always a good idea to have a vet take a look in person when there is a sudden change on the skin, especially if the change is rapid, painful, or bothersome to Banks. In the meantime, it's a good idea to keep the area clean and dry, and continue to monitor it for any additional changes, or see if it resolves. If the spot continues to grow in size, is bothersome or painful, begins to ooze debris, becomes discolored, or doesn't resolve in a few days, a vet check is best to rule out more serious issues.

I would wait until the puppy is fully examined by a vet. It is hard to say what the lump is at this stage. It could be local hair follicle infection and that will go away after a few days of treatment with ointment. However, it may be a small cyst that is rubbing the eye. In that case, the puppy will need a surgery to remove the lump, which could be tricky to do and also pricey.

At such a young age a tumor would be very unlikely. However, skin infection called pyoderma or a large maggot called a cuterebra could be the cause. That looks like a mild skin infection of some kind. I would keep an eye on it and get it looked after by your vet if it doesn't improve in a day or two or gets worse. They'll do a physical exam, check the lesions, maybe look at some of the material from the bumps under the microscope to see if they can identify the cause and, based on these results, be better able to recommend a treatment plan.
