When should I take my new puppy for his first shots and boosters?

Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | 3 months and 12 days old | 12 lbs

I just got a new puppy and i need to know when do i take him for his shots. Attached is the vet paper i got from the breeder. Please advise. Thanks!

Hi there, and thanks for your question on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. King received his first puppy vaccine 7/22/19. His next vaccines would typically be given 3-4 weeks later, so he's a little overdue. You should call your vet to schedule his next appointment right away.
