My puppy's third shots are two weeks late. Is he okay?

As long as you don't go 6 weeks in between boosters you are ok. Beyond 6 weeks you are going into a time period where a good immune response could be less likely and then another booster would be advised. So as long as you are under 6 weeks between vaccines you should be fine. Good luck with Amber.

Yes, a third booster is required within the appropriate time line (2-4 weeks). Vaccines must be given in certain time frames to ensure they are effective. Vaccines given too late will not be effective. It's better to play it safe than risk disease. One gentle reminder, the vast majority of veterinarian are not out to make money. Booster vaccines for puppies should be given 3-4 weeks apart so his vaccine booster can be given anywhere from July 6 to the 13th. So, I think you are fine taking him 5 days from now. But hat depends on HOW late you are, if it is just a week or 2 probably not. If it is months then I would give her an extra one 3 weeks later. It is better to be safe! I wish you and Layla the best!

His next vaccines would typically be given 3-4 weeks later, so he's a little overdue. You should call your vet to schedule his next appointment right away. Hope this helps!
