Our little puppy ruby we've had 6 weeks, all her jabs up to date. Still having very bloody poops. We are careful with what she eats and have been recommended AVA Food that's hypoallergenic. She's biting and chewing everything so she's teething? Is this why there's blood or???

Yes she is teething and No this is not why she has bloody poop. you need to take her to the vet in order to have some tests done (fecal exams) there are several things that needs to be ruled out such as bacterial infection and Giardia for example. it could also be food allergy but infectious agents need to be ruled out first.
