What causes bloody poop and loss of appetite in a 4-month-old puppy?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | 4 months and 25 days old

I have 4 months old pug puppy. I gave him papaya in the morning, daytime i gave him chapati n milk after dat i gave him oranges. when he pooped there is blood on it..Now he is not eating anything..plz suggest me

These foods that you are feeding Shinchan are not appropriate for a puppy, and that could be the cause of his bloody feces. Dogs should never be given milk, as dairy causes GI upset. Shinchan should only receive a puppy formulated dry food. Other causes of bloody feces include parvovirus, intestinal parasites, eating something rotten, or a foreign body. Given that I'm not sure if he's vaccinated or not, I would have him seen by a vet right away. Parvovirus is a fatal infection, but there is no cure for it, only supportive treatment. The vet can diagnose what is causing his bloody feces and can treat him for it. Please bring him into a vet now.
