My pug has a corneal ulcer that looks pretty bad. It is large and in the center of his eye. It was green and after getting oral antibiotics (amoxicillin), Rimadyl for pain, and antibiotic eyedrops (Tobramycin) his eye has turned red and has some very small white areas on the cornea. They said to come back if it hasn't gotten better in a week. How do I know if it is healing or at least getting better/rid of any infection? Should I see another vet? This one was low cost clinic.
