It's possible Kiara may not be getting enough time outside to go potty. Even if she goes once and then comes back in, her bladder may not be completely empty. Keeping her outside and letting her go 2-3 times before bringing her back in may help. Other options include keeping her in a gated off area until she is potty trained/proves she isn't going to have an accident, using an enzymatic cleaner on any areas she has an accident to discourage her from going there again, or even using the tether method of attaching her to you by a leash so you can catch her before she has an accident may help. Speaking with a trainer in person, especially if she is terrified of her crate is also a good idea. First I would make sure that Titan's crate is not too large - it should be big enough for him to stand up and turn around but not much larger. You may need to put a barrier in to make it smaller if it is too large. If it seems like it is an appropriate size you may want to have your vet examine him and make sure he doesn't have signs of a urinary tract infection. If there is no medical reason for this behavior you may need to try taking him outside on a schedule at night to hopefully prevent accidents in the crate.

You've listed Frosty as a retriever, and they do love water! If she is sleeping in her own urine while crated then it is possible her crate is too large (so she can potty in it still) or you are not taking her out often enough leading to accidents. At 3 months of age, she should still be going outside to potty every 1-2 hours, after eating, drinking, playing, or waking up and 1-2 times in the night as she likely cannot hold her urine at all. 50 days old is still extremely young and Hachiko probably isn't old enough to hold his potty very long yet. He will likely need to go out at least every 1-2 hours, and about 10-15 minutes after eating, drinking, playing, and waking up. You can use this to your advantage to start taking him outside to go potty before he has an accident so he learns to go outside. If you want him to go in a certain area, then use these times to take him to that spot so he learns to go there. Have Bourbon examined by your vet to rule out medical causes such as UTI or congenital defects affecting his urinary tract. At his age, expect to Bourbon to still have "accidents". Reinforce crate training or choose one method of training and stick with it. If you choose the crate, it should only be big enough for Bourbon to stand, turn around and lay down. He can be crated for a maximum of 3 hours (age in months + 1 hour) before needing to go out. This includes overnights. Put him on a consistent schedule for going outside. He goes outside FIRST thing in the morning. Pick a spot outside and wait. No walks until he goes. Praise and reward him when he goes. Place him back in the crate or on a leash attached to your hip so you can watch for his cues to go. This may be circling, whining or sniffing around. Do not leave Bourbon unsupervised until he is house trained. He will need to go about 30 minutes after eating or playing. Take up the water 2 hours before bedtime and take her out right before bedtime. Be patient. Be consistent.

Positive reinforcement with treats whenever he urinates outside and defecates outside will help reinforce him going outside. I've had great success with recommending Fresh Patch. This is a patch of grass in a cardboard box with absorbent material underneath the grass and you place this in the house. Bo will use this real grass to go to the bathroom short term. I would recommend starting by placing the grass in the area where he has been urinating and then gradually moving the patch of grass closer and closer to the door to the outside until eventually the grass patch is outside of the house and he is using it there.
