My dog is pregnant, can she still play catch and run around?

It is likely that it did not hurt the puppies, as if it had, she likely would have aborted them by now. Playing with another dog also is not the type of stress that would hurt a pregnancy. Let her play and be happy. This would be the best environment for her. She does need a place where she can retire to so that the other dogs do not pester her when she would like to be left alone. Tell the children not to play footbal near the dogs.

I wouldn't push the exercise (no dog parks, running with you for mile, too long chasing balls) but I would let her do light activity as much as she wants. She can run. Personally I do not think you need to cage her or chain her up. She will slow down close to delivery on her own. I hope this helps!

Congrats on Pudd'n being pregnant! You can do regular exercise and walks with her, but avoid anything strenuous. Follow her lead, do not push her to do too much. Yes, it is fine for Laila to use the stairs throughout her pregnancy. In fact, it's good for her to have some moderate exercise to keep her in shape throughout her pregnancy, but not intensive exercise.

The puppies are small and protected by the amniotic fluid and the placentas. I would keep her at home and have your friends not bring pets to your house for the duration of her pregnancy.
