My heavily pregnant Siberian Husky got into my bathroom garbage yesterday and today and ate my used sanitary pads. Should i be worried

Some dogs are lucky enough to pass them but it depends on how large the pieces were that she swallowed and the amount. You can take her to vet a to be examined or you can wait to see if she has symptoms from this. These will include vomiting, lethargy and not eating or diarrhea. If you notice any of these then definitely take her in for an exam and an X-ray

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Rubie. If you are not able to see her veterinarian now, I recommend monitoring her very closely. Hopefully she just shredded the pad up and didn't actually consume any large pieces. If she did eat a large portion of it, the concern is that is could become lodged in her intestines. This is an emergency that requires surgical removal of the foreign object. Signs of this occurring are profuse vomiting, not eating or drinking normally and the pet will become very lethargic. So watch her closely for any of these signs to develop. If so, seek veterinary care. If she continues to eat, drink and act like herself, she should be fine. I hope this information helps!
