Not all succulents are toxic, but to know for sure you would need the genus and species of plant. Some of them look very similar, toxic or not. Once you have this information, you can search online. To be safe, keep it away from your bird until it can be deemed safe or not. I'm finding some information to suggest that yes they could be toxic to cats, but not a definitive answer to your question. My recommendation is to keep your pachyphytum succulent out of reach of your cat to keep Jackson from chewing at it. You can keep in up on a high shelf or in a cage to keep him away from it. If you want to plant it outside, I recommend not doing it if he is allowed outside. Hope this helps!

As long as there are no bite marks, and the branch and leaves have not been chewed on, Gabby should be ok. The leaves are the poisonous part of the plant, and it's most important she didn't chew on any of them or ingest them. I would rinse her mouth out with water to be safe, however. If she did ingest any part of the plant, you will see acute GI signs (vomiting, drooling, diarrhea, anorexia) within 15 minutes to several hours afterwards. Should you see any of those signs, take Gabby into a vet immediately.
