Is my Labrador puppy purebred? How can I identify a pure Lab?

Unfortunately we cannot tell if a pet is 100% anything without a DNA test. Also a pet this young is impossible to tell what breed it is. I would recommend having the pet grow up a bit and then have him tested when he is about 4-6 months of age. You can go to any vet of your choosing, although it may require you to drive a bit to get to if there isn't one that isn't affiliated with the breeder in your area. It sounds a bit ridiculous that your vet isn't willing to do a simple DNA test though, so I would look into getting another vet if this is the case. You need an unbiased opinion here and someone willing to do tests that you are requesting. I hope that you get things sorted out, and hopefully you have gotten what you have paid for. She looks like a a labrador at the moment, but it is too early for a final verdict I am afraid. It would be best to see her back in three months time. There is no way we can tell you if she will have purebred labrador puppies or not. If you only want purebreds then you will have to have this pregnancy terminated by your vet with a mis-mating injection and then you will need to try again on her next heat cycle. She is a bit young to be breeding anyway. Dogs should be 18-24 months old before breeding.

Your puppy does look like it could be a chihuahua, but it's absolutely impossible for me to say if it is purebred or not just by looking at a picture. You can do a DNA test on your puppy called a Wisdom Panel, and that will give you the exact genetic make up of your puppy letting you know if it's purebred or not. https://www.wisdompanel.com I hope this helps!
