Is my Labrador puppy purebred, or did my breeder sell a mix?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 9 days old | 3.7 lbs

Is this pure labrador breed ??? I think my breder sold me a mix breed and charged a lot of money for pedigree puppy. I can't have dna test as the breeder does in our town only does this test my vet is also with the breeder i do not have his papers

Unfortunately we cannot tell if a pet is 100% anything without a DNA test. Also a pet this young is impossible to tell what breed it is. I would recommend having the pet grow up a bit and then have him tested when he is about 4-6 months of age. You can go to any vet of your choosing, although it may require you to drive a bit to get to if there isn't one that isn't affiliated with the breeder in your area.
It sounds a bit ridiculous that your vet isn't willing to do a simple DNA test though, so I would look into getting another vet if this is the case. You need an unbiased opinion here and someone willing to do tests that you are requesting.

    You should ask for, and be given, a certified pedigree of at least three (preferably five) generations to assure that your puppy is purebred. Also, you should see the AKC registration forms of the sire and dam, and be given an application to register your individual puppy.     There is never a guarantee unless the puppy came with pedigree papers for the registration. But based in the picture I would say it is a lab as it has the qualities. They do make DNA test you can order online to have it evaluated if you are interested in that

How to identify my young puppy's breed, especially if it's mixed?
The puppy is very young so it would be hard to tell. It's possible it could be a mixed breed with some sort of collie in it from the coloration, however many breeds have that same coloration so it would be impossible to know. If you know the mother or father, you can determine breed better by that. There are also saliva DNA tests that can be used to determine the breed of a dog. Most veterinary clinics and even some pet stores will carry these and are very simple to use if you are very curious.

If your breeder didn't provide you with any paperwork documenting his parentage (such as an AKC registration certificate) then unfortunately there is no way to prove for certain whether he is purebred or not. If you want to try and find out "unofficially", you can have him DNA tested using a Wisdom Panel blood or cheek swab test. These tests aren't always completely accurate, but could give you an idea of whether Halo has any other breeds in his background :)

It is difficult to say since she is young but a mix including a herding breed would be a guess. You can purchase a canine DNA kit online or in some pet stores. Most are easy and require a simple cheek swab to determine breed(s). More comprehensive (and expensive) DNA tests can be submitted by your veterinarian after a blood sample is drawn.

My purebred Lab accidentally mated. Will her puppies be purebred?
There is no way we can tell you if she will have purebred labrador puppies or not. If you only want purebreds then you will have to have this pregnancy terminated by your vet with a mis-mating injection and then you will need to try again on her next heat cycle. She is a bit young to be breeding anyway. Dogs should be 18-24 months old before breeding.
