Should I worry about my husky puppy's mixed blue and brown eyes?

If you are referring to the blue line around the brown iris color and the white of his eye, it may be a deposit of cholesterol or normal for a puppy Rocky's age. As they get older, they usually do turn more brown. So I would assume his eye color may not stay that light. I think that your dog is likely a husky mix. I can't tell if that means she has a partially blue and brown eye (some breeds can have this normally) or there is something wrong with the eye. Since she is 8 weeks old and likely heading to the Vet soon for vaccines have the confirm that the blue color is a normal variation of her iris color. He can have an eye infection, but he may also have gotten dust in his eyes. If he recently was around other dogs I recommend bringing him to a veterinarian since it can be pink eye. Otherwise, I recommend rinsing his eyes with saline and if the redness doesn't resolve or gets worse bring him to a veterinarian. He may need eye drops.
